The CMBD provides specialized on-site technical assistance to owners, executives and managers of construction and construction-related firms. Whether you operate a construction firm, plumbing company or architectural firm, our Technical Assistance Program (TAP) can help you tackle any growth, management, or operational challenge that confronts your business.

Participants of our LMBE Accelerator Program have access to a network of successful business owners who serve as CMBD consultants and coaches. These individuals have impeccable track records and share their expertise in a range of areas, including: construction, finance and accounting, human resource management, business management, marketing, information technology, and leadership.

TAP is limited to LMBE Accelerator participants. If you own a non-construction firm and are interested in receiving technical assistance, the CMBD will consult with you and recommend the appropriate resources.
